I'm copying a score in which the composer requires a treble clef with a 15 above it for a prominent glockenspiel part. I can't figure out how to get this with the clef designer. My only suggestion would not be much help. For Glockenspiel or Orchestra Bells (or Crotales) the 15va transposition is a given and is perfectly understood (much like the 8va basso for the string bass or the 8va for xylophone), so indicating it in the clef is redundant and is never done.

As I said, that isn't at all helpful.
