Hi Chuck, Either way will take a bit of additional effort and kludging and counter-intuitive work to set up. Keyswitches via HP are probably still a bit easier, though they are maddeningly not 100% reliable.
I haven't tried to do them with instrument changes yet -- I'm not currently using Finale 2012 because I'm in the midst of a massive project and can't switch over until it's finished.
