Sibelius doesn't have anything called "smart 
shapes," but if you're asking about hairpins they 
are completely adjustable in both score and parts 
(although if you enter them carefully by 
selecting start and end points they don't need 
much if any adjustment in either score or parts). 
And collisions are avoided automatically by 
Magnetic Layout, which saves hours of fine 
tweaking.
