is there anything that can be done to make F2014 faster (on yosemite)? i have a big file that i find too slow, have tested it on a newer machine and of course it is faster, so some of the problem is of course my HD. but are there any other things to be done to improve it? i never use playback on these things. so far i have done these: - set human playback to "none" - set audio/MIDI it to play through MIDI (not audio units) - MIDI thru is off - turned off "allow temporary score adjustments" in human playback prefs - turned off auto layout update - turned off auto music spacing - unchecked "playback" in the speedy menu rock on jef _______________________________________________ Finale mailing list [email protected] https://lists.shsu.edu/mailman/listinfo/finale
