Hi Michael,

There are a few on the list who will offer more comprehensive solutions,
but two quick things I do when tempo problems like this occur is clearing
all MIDI data (edit menu>clear selected items), and restarting Finale
and/or your computer.  I also sometimes have to use the tempo tool to set
the desired tempo in the offending measure.  Sometimes I've had to dump
everything in to a new template, which is a pain I try to avoid.
