Hello,
I am a new user of Fink and Fink Commander and have been having
problems downloading some unix code. For instance when I try to
install xinvaders3d (an all important app) I get the following error
alerts.

These errors
appear to attempted installs of gnuplot, freeciv, etc. I have
tried to install tetex, tetex-base, system-tetex and all others but
obtain similar error messages. I believe the problem might be
that I already installed tetex to use with teXshop before download
fink. Is this indeed the problem and if so does it require me to
completely remove the previously download version of tetex. I
hope the latter is not the case as I suppose there are associated
files all over the place in my directory structure.
Thanks much for
your help.
