You need system-tetex version 20010808-8. Because it was released after the 0.4.0 distribution, there is no binary version and you will need to install it from the command line, using "fink selfupdate-cvs" "fink install system-tetex" (without quotes). The first command updates your package descriptions to the latest versions, and the second will install the newer system-tetex.
