I'm trying to install tetex via fink on my G5 running 10.3.3. I'm new to fink, but was able to install a few other packages successfully.[]
echo "Preparing xdvi for the alternatives system ..."
Preparing xdvi for the alternatives system ...
mv /sw/src/root-tetex-2.0.2-34/sw/bin/xdvi /sw/src/root-tetex-2.0.2-34/sw/bin/xdvik
mv: rename /sw/src/root-tetex-2.0.2-34/sw/bin/xdvi to /sw/src/root-tetex-2.0.2-34/sw/bin/xdvik: No such file or directory
### execution of failed, exit code 1
Failed: installing tetex-2.0.2-34 failed
There must be an earlier error. Further up in the output, you should see a line
/usr/bin/install -c -p ./xdvi-sh /sw/src/root-tetex-2.0.2-34.1/sw/bin/xdvi
Is there anything suspicious near that line?
