[Fink-beginners] curl -f -L -o tetex-LICENSE failing

curl -f -L -o tetex-LICENSE ftp://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/dante/systems/unix/teTeX/current/distrib/sources/LICENSE
curl: (9) Couldn't change t### execution of curl failed, exit code 9
Downloading the file "tetex-LICENSE" failed.

Whilst installing gnome2 I got the above error. While updating some packages there were tetex dependancies.

I cannot seem to install this because of a lecense issue.

Anyone come across this or know how to get around this issue?
