It's in the FAQ, but not named specifically for konsole.
The issue is not specific to Fink, in any case. Anything you build on
OS X by whatever means is subject to this problem.

It's not strange to us (unfortunately). This sort of error can
occur when you've been using the X11 update from macosforge.org,
build packages while that's installed, and then a system update
downgrades some of the libraries.
You can either reinstall the X11 update, or use "fink rebuild
kdebase3-unified".
