Those differ due to the difference between the stable and unstable
trees. I'd recommend running
fink reinstall openmotif3-shlibs libpdf6-shlibs libpng3-shlibs
to clean up your system after you remove the libraries that you manually
copied, to restore your Fink tree to a sane state.
