Umm...no.  The latest version of Firefox available for 10.4/PPC is
firefox2.  "firefox" will install version 1.0.8:

However, we've also got a "tenfourfox" in unstable, which is a powerpc
port of Firefox4--it uses the built in Aqua desktop, rather than X11.
