There is a samba package, but only in unstable right now:
samba 2.2.4-1 SMB and CIFS client and server for UNIX
samba-ssl 2.2.4-1 SMB and CIFS client and server
for UNIX, with SSL support
sambasentinel 0.1-1 Gtk+ frontend to smbstatus
But noet that OS X also has built in SMB support, albeit no SMB
browser right now, so if you just want to connect to SMB machines
that's enough.
As to a SMB browser: I haven't tried it myself yet, but look at SMB
