and I don't think any of these changes where "major" :) maybe the prebinding but I figured instead of deal will incorporating it into 10.2 (which I don't think i could do) I'd make sure to get it into 10.3.
there has been long of discussion as well as testing on RangerRick's patch, i myself have rebuilt all my 800 pkgs in 10.2 against it without any problems.
anyhow I'll make sure to email -devel, but at the time mail.app wasn't working for me, as it turns out it was a setting I was experimenting with that I can't mention yet. But I guess it doesn't work with my server :(
