It looks like system-xfree86 is still in the installed package list, but
all of its files are missing.

If you have installed the fink xfree86-* packages, then try to remove
system-xfree86.  Start with "fink remove system-xfree86"

If, on the other hand, you have an external Xwindows installation, like
Apple X11, then you'll need system-xfree86, and will want to use "fink
reinstall system-xfree86"
