Andy -- I have a '68 with a locking cap that's supposed to be vented, but
there's sure a lot of pressure when I open it. I'd tell you where I got the
locking cap, but I've had it for so long that I honestly can't remember
where I bought it. I'm tempted to go back to the non-locking stock cap,
which is vented. Hope this helps!

Here is the link. I am waiting for a response from them
regarding the dimensions. Everything I have found locally is to big.
You bring up a good point. Should the cap be vented or nonvented? I am
tempted to buy on of the Canada ones to see what it looks like. If it
works, they might be able to sell alot of them the this list.
