First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Check your transmission mount. I had the same problem and finally traced It to a worn out tranny mount. New one fixed the problem. Worth a try. Ike 68 Coupes

First Generation Firebird-L Mailing List ......................................................................... Sorry if this has been asked recently (I did a quick search in my inbox)... I am investigating an excessive vibration from my new driveshaft that only appears at certain speeds (shaft has been balanced twice!) and I remember hearing something on this list about the u-joins being slightly offset from the factory in 69 to correct a vibration issue. Does anyone have any info regarding this topic? No virus found in this outgoing message. Checked by AVG Free Edition.
