I changed my ST300 to a TH350 and got the shifter adaptor from shiftworks.com Kept using the factory 2 speed floor shifter. Everything else bolted up including the trans lines. Gave me a lot more off the line action and about the same top end cruising. I am now in the process of going over to a 200-4R as I have upped the rearend too.
