When were you last able to start the car? Have you changed anything since then, or has it been a long time? How do you know that the battery is fully charged? Have you tried a different battery or another car and jumper cables?

Check the basics, first. Check that you can measure voltage across the battery cable clamps, not just the posts, and that the posts and cables are free of corrosion. Make sure that the negative goes to the block and the passenger-side fender. Make sure the positive connects to the starter and the terminal block on the radiator core support.

Hey, guys!
I have a 68 that won't start. The battery is fully charged, but it seems like
no power is getting past it (for example, the dome light doesn't come on when I
open the door). I'm not the best at working out electrical system problems.
Any advice you can give me as to how to get my 'bird running again will be
greatly appreciated. Thanks!

David
