.........................................................................
Greetings Brent and all,
I had Goodmark rear quarters and inner tubs replaced on my 68 and the fit
seems to be pretty much right on except I haven't competed the assembly yet
i.e.: rear bumper, etc.
The only difference I have noticed is the gauge of the metal may be a little
lighter. I only replaced the quarters, not the sail part. I am planning on
putting a vinyl top on the car. Any opinions?
I also am using the front valance and lower fender pieces, where the turn
signals go, from Goodmark and while one side of the turn signal cut out lined
up
perfectly with each other, the drivers side is about a quarter inch off in
the alignment. I may be able to adjust it some, but ultimately will probably
have to cut one or the other pieces so my turn signal will fit in the opening.
I'm not a body guy so I'm a little stuck as to what to do. Any suggestions?
Anyway, that is my two cents,
Tim Almquist
