You're good. Have fire extinguisher handy. Make sure all wire connections are secure! Put some fuel in carb. Crank the engine. Let it fire. Turn off the ignition. Wait ten-fifteen seconds. Add some more fuel to the carb. Crank the engine. Let it run. 800-1000 rpm max. Turn off the ignition. Repeat as necessary until the engine gets steady supply of fuel from the mechanical fuel pump.
