I have a couple friends who got perfectly fine service from their Ford/Chevy trucks but who bought Nissan or Toyota the last time around. They pay thousands more just because of the nonsense they read in the newspapers. If Ford or Chevy have a recall it's front page news. WHEN, not if, an import has a recall it's rarely even covered.
