I can't find out today as this is Turkey Day in Canada and the dealer is
closed.
It's designed for any bolt pattern and can be adjusted to any offset
available. It's just a matter of attaching it to the tire and then
mounting it to the hub. On the front you would turn the wheels to check
for rubbing and on the rear check for rubbing on suspension and how the
tire looks in the wheel well. Nothing looks worse than tires that stick
out past the upper part of the wheel well.
Any good wheel dealer, that also installs them, should have one.
