Hi Rick, there are quite a few different companies out there, and with in many parts companies they will sell multiple brands. The best by far is PUI. So who ever you choose to purchase through, just make sure you specifically request PUI and make sure that's what they sell etc. Most all of the comfortweave on the market today is a pressed weave pattern, (in the last few years a few have gotten better) but the originals as you can see on yours truly looks woven. As Joe can attest there is a company in OR: http://www.smsautofabrics.com/ they carry original fabrics including the original comfortweave. Joe bought some of the last available in Red, but they should have more in Black so IF, you wanted to go that route, you could have the inserts redone correctly etc... Brett - 67 Drop Top 455! Subject: seat cover opinions From: "rick watz" <[email protected]> Hi All... Thx so far for the help on the other parts I mentioned. Now for the interior. I am wanting to get new seat covers for the 69 400 with the deluxe interior. i have heard that the original comfort weave material is no longer available. I have looked at the major suppliers and it seems that they are all similar in appearence. I have to think that one company makes them and sells them to the parts companies? Anyways, good, bad, or ugly, all comments would be appreciated on where you bought them, ease of installation, quality, and overall satisfaction or disappointment. thx again Rick 69 400 Medicine Hat _________________________________________________________________ Hotmail: Powerful Free email with security by Microsoft. http://clk.atdmt.com/GBL/go/196390710/direct/01/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Submissions to Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Unsubscribe from Firebird-L: <[email protected]> Help: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/firebird/Firebird-L.html> Classifieds: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/ubb/> Owner Pictures: <http://FirstGenFirebird.org/show/>
