You don't understand one very important thing about such investigation (no offence, by the way it's a common mistake): searching through people that are using FireBug isn't enough; anyway, if they are still using it - it's OK for them, more or less. One thing that is MUCH MORE important is to investigate why guys that ain't using FB ain't using it :) There are lots of developers that could get help from FB but for some reasons were not satisfied by it. They ain't writing about it, they ain't discussing it - and we can't investigate what should we do to make the product more useful for them.
And, by the way, only a part - and quite a specific part - of guys that use FB do use Twitter as well.
