Hiya,
upgade if ya can to 2.4.x kernal and check out
http://www.sentry.net/~obsid/Linux/IPTables/rc.scripts.dir/current/
that script should get you on your way
you will want to read up on iptables.....there not to difficult once you get
the hang of it.
also check out linuxdoc.org...should help you out a great deal
