It is, yes, but the problem seems to be related to Vista and above with regards 
the moving.    

As per the Microsoft article, the use the %systempath% methods for creating new 
directories is preferred instead of hard-coding
paths within installers.

In WinXP it was possible to change the location of the My Documents 
folder. Is that not possible in Win7.
