It may be when the installer is trying to copy the firmware files...which go 
into My Documents.   If you do a Custom install and
deselect the installation of everything but PowerSDR, I think the issue may 
disappear.

Tom,

PowerSDR does not store anything in the My Documents folder.  V2.0 Beta
stores the database in the %APPDATA% folder.  You can specify a different
location for the database using a command-line parameter.

It is possible and that is what I have done and appears to be what is
casuing the problem.  The beta program must be looking for the default
location but should use a variable that will point it to the current My
Documents directory
