Martin, There are always tradeoffs in business. We had the choise of delaying release of the FLEX-1500 until all of the software kinks were worked out. That would have made for a lot more unhappy customers who had been waiting patiently. The favorable response received to date has been overwhelming.
I assure you that with our new Agile development process, you will see us get to a final release fairly rapidly. The beauty of releasing beta software iterations to such a large body of testers is that we can more rapidly find and fix all the issues.
