There are always tradeoffs in business.  We had the choise of delaying
release of the FLEX-1500 until all of the software kinks were worked out.
That would have made for a lot more unhappy customers who had been waiting
patiently.  The favorable response received to date has been overwhelming.

I assure you that with our new Agile development process, you will see us
get to a final release fairly rapidly.  The beauty of releasing beta
software iterations to such a large body of testers is that we can more
rapidly find and fix all the issues.  We sincerely appreciate the service
that the beta testing community on FlexEdge provides to our entire customer
base.
