If you want to know what's going on, get the crash dump file (you should find 
it in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump -- or a similar location depending -- look for a file 
type of .DMP with the data and time of when your system rebooted) and upload it 
to my company's online crash dump analyzer here: 

http://www.osronline.com/page.cfm?name=analyze

Within a minute or so, you'll get a complete set of results from your dump in 
your web browser.

Post the output from the main analysis section here to the list, and we can 
give you a more detailed analysis.
