The subject says most of it. Version 2.0.16 is working fine for the
3000 and the 5000A. I turned off the Firewire devices, connected the
1500 up to a USB port and restarted PowerSDR. The chooser listed the
1500 and I chose it. It then asked to upgrade the firmware to 0.5.0.1
and I said yes. I power cycled the radio as requested and PowerSDR
started up. When I push start the panadapter is blank and the S-Meter
reads -271 dBm. I shut everything down, rebooted Win7 and tried again.
PowerSDR again asked me to select a radio and I chose the 1500. When I
push start, everything remains flatline.
The 1500 works fine on my laptop with 2.0.8, although I haven't tried
since the firmware update. I never could get it to work on my Win7
machine with 2.0.8. At Tim's suggestion, I decided to wait for this
release. What do I try next? I'd really like to have both the 5000A
and 1500 running at the same time on this machine.
