Hard to say. I downloaded that area just a few weeks back on 2001-12-20 from ftp://ftp.darklands.cx/pub/fgfs/. I don't know, if that mirror was up to date, though. The runways are mostly concrete, some are dirty, but none is white/untextured. Everything else on my system are recent CVS updates. BUT: I have a folder Textures/Terrain/New with some more textures, and this folder is =not= administered by CVS. It is neither mentioned in Textures/Terrain/CVS/Entries, nor has it CVS folder on its own.
