It may "break" some of the bindings -- these have to be adjusted now, for the
first time independent of the CPU clock. That's the whole reasoning behind this
change. Until today, the joystick bindings in $FG_ROOT/Input/Joysticks worked
differently on every system, depending on the clock speed. Maybe they were just
right for you, but not for people with the same joystick, but a different CPU.
If you submit a patch for new step sizes of your joystick, this joystick should
from now on work the same everywhere.
