That reminds me of some phrases similar to "all that would need to
happen is for someon to write a plib reader/writer for the VRML format"
that already appeared on this list several times ....  ;-))
I'm still not convinced that re-inventing an already existing mechanism
in another language really buys us any improvement over the current
situation. On the other hand: I don't have the intention to disavow
that you're the boss,
