You can see the leading edge slats responding to the FCS trying to fulfill the pilot's wish here: http://www.avweb.com/newspics/DavisTbirdEject.jpg You can't really tell here what the flaps are doing. I suspect this is the highest lift configuration the F-16 has in this situation. It still wasn't enough.
