Well, the main focus is on the OSG branch, but a few months back the general consensus was that the OSG version was still missing some features that were present in the plib versions. So the plan was to do one more plib based release and then move over to OSG for good. Currently not many new features are added to the PLIB version, except for bug fixes and data compatibility issues.
