I'd suggest 1.0.0 for the next plib release and 1.1.0 for the first OSG release. It'd even make sense to people used to reading an odd middle number as a development branch. I think we might want to have a OSG based (development) release around soon - if nothing else a bunch of the new aircraft need OSG be fully functional (e.g. some have pick animations only and no 2d hotspots).
