They do. But their heading declaration (as an object position) in the db (which
is
later generated as a STG file may be different, just like any other object. It
depends
on the guy who submitted it.
That's why their orientation should be, IMHO, independant from the orientation
they
have been set in the DB. They have to face the wind, that's "all".
