Hi
I�ve had the same problem despite of runnig the ready  to run win32 binaries
or the cygwin executables.
Under win98, 2000 or xp.
It is not something technical, but it really works.Using the stand alone win32 executables run fgrun and in the last screnn click fast run and yes twice openning two programs at the same time .Let both of them normally starting close one and enjoy this terrific F.S.
 
If it isn�t your problem , sorry.
If it works and if it is possible back me the result, and if you know why it works tell me.
