I put up an improved version of the Phabulous Phantom:

The fuel capacity was greatly lacking on the original. The current
version has an 1885 gallon internal capacity and 1340 gallon external.
As it loads it has a full 1885 internal and 600 external. This
represents the standard centerline tank. The fuel quantity gauges now
read in lbs x 10,000 instead of lbs x 1000. The left fuel gauge read
internal, the right reads external. I'd like to make the external tanks
feed first but JBSim doesn't seem to be set up that way.

I also made some minor adjustments in the cockpit. The view is
shifted forward 10 cm., and the U/u keys move the seat up and down. If
the seat is all the way up you can see the new, improved vari-ramps
(intakes). I also re-arranged the 2D panel and swapped a few gauges to
more closely imitate an F4 panel. I added a speedbrake light
(clickable) and mapped Ctrl-U to the speedbrakes. Do drag chutes work
in JBSim? F4s really need them!

Since there is no dragchute I decided to add a tailhook. ;) O/o raises
and lowers it, but it doesn't do anything but it looks good. While I
was at the looks thing I redid nose wheels, now they have a rims and
steer. I also fixed the intakes and started texure mapping.

Let me know how it flies!

Ron
