Roberto,

have a look at the park inn hotel textures, where I used a similar technique 
(to Christian Mayer's) to create the night appearance. 

The trick in your case is to have a single black/yellow texture and an 
emissive material setting (white light!!!). The black texture parts then stay 
black (final color is multiplication of texture color and emission color ?!), 
whereas the yellow parts "glow".
