Hi Craig
Unfortunately my modeling skills don't extend to terminal buildings. I 
simply plagiarize existing models and put new xml wrappers on them if 
needed. I am working on an idea for terminals but it's still in on the 
todo list.

the skybridges look a little silly stuck out by themselves but use your 
imagination for the terminal and they look OK :-)
