I may be wrong but you might be thinking of Chuck Dome(Captain Slug).From
what I remember of my efforts was that he(Mike Stone) was not interested and 
did not seem
happy to allow his models to be used.Of course he may have changed his mind
in the mean time but I think it would be wrong to use his models without his
permission.How many models has he got in his stable now anyway
