Hi All Over the last couple of months I have been converting to Ubuntu Linux and trying to get FG to work by and large sucessfully but some of the aircraft did not work.I thought this might have been because the version of Ubuntu I was using is 6.06 which runs FG 9.9.But tonight I installed 7.04 which uses FG 9.10. I found the following base package aircraft did not work out of the box Citation-Bravo Hunter Rascal
And the reason they dont work is it would appear because the set file name is not the same as the folder name.When the set file name is used in choosing the aircraft they all work. Now this might seem trivial to some but it looks sloppy and amateurish and I know the people concerned with FG are not that. Also it leads to frustration on the part of the user and unecessary questions about planes that dont work. So maybe if planes are going to be part of the base package we should make sure they all work out of the box.
