_Everyone_ should have a copy of Memtest86+. Download one of the iso images from http://www.memtest.org/#downiso and burn a bootable CD. Boot from the CD and just let the tests run - it doesn't matter what OS you run because it doesn't look at your HDDs. If it finds an error it'll indicate which bank of ram is faulty and needs to be replaced.
