Couldn't have been better said, I remember them taking off from 
Waddington and going high level during the Cuban Missile crisis, the 
buildings shook and by the time they were over the north sea, there was 
total silence from them.
Since the RAF started regular maintenance on XM655, we aren't allowed on 
board, but before then I'd taken my daughters and my sisters to see it 
from the inside.
