yes, I was thinking the same thing.  No large fire in the wings,
even with the massive damage near the wing root, that likely 
tore the fuel system all to pieces.  The only odd bit was a 
report from a pilot nearby who witnessed the accident and said 
he heard unusually loud engine noise just before impact.  I 
suppose it could have been wing noise from a very unusual 
attitude.  It appears the pilot made a huge effort to clear the
last buildings on the approach path, and then was totally out of 
energy and had to give in to the stall.  Pretty good outcome for 
such a situation.  How the heck they avoided a ground loop is
maybe just pure good luck.
