[STR New] Link: http://www.fltk.org/str.php?L2348 Version: 1.3-current The attached insertfile.patch to src/Fl_Text_Buffer.cxx allows to load file misc/cp1252.txt and any valid UTF-8 encoded file. It also correctly processes multibytes cut in the middle by successive reading operations into the text file. It follows the logic where CP1252 is accepted as input but transcoded to valid UTF-8 before entering the Fl_Text_Buffer object. Is this enough for 1.3.0 ?
