Well, I did update the html and pdf version on the website recently,
that said ; I did not update the pdf file on the source repos,
because some complained about the size of the pdf when they update their svn
local copy, as Al already mentioned.
Concerning the documentation 'with comments' link,
I did not dive into it yet,because it probably needs some database
modification/update to grab the comments related to the 1.3 doc,
but I may be wrong.
Duncan, I noticed you have not finished your hmtl doc modifications,
so I'll probably update the WWW (html+pdf) at the end of the week.
