If I only had looked at previous messages, maybe I wouldn't have been wasting more space with my "Suggestions" messages. All the stuff that I had brought up has already been discussed. Oh well.
Well, I don't like AJAX either. On the other hand, I think that a "modern" forum is more suitable for newbies. Message groups and forums are meant for support and development; they should not be used as documentation anyway. I like the documentation of FLTK 2.0, but the "Related Pages" should really be called "Additional Resources" or something similar. I didn't think that "Related Pages" would really give me anything useful until I curiously clicked on it.
